Professional Experience

  • Rental Fleet Knowledge: Have broad knowledge of rental fleets, including equipment usage.
  • Market Verticals: Have knowledge of the construction and industrial market verticals.
  • Operations and Sales Leadership: Directly involved in operations and fleet management, as well as sales leadership, territory development, subordinate coaching, training, and mentoring.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant experience.

Conditions of Employment
  • Previous General Manager Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager in an equipment rental capacity, managing multiple segments of the business and handling P&L responsibilities.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation

$160-190,000.
