Position Overview
  • Technical Support: Address incidents and provide technical guidance to users. Document all incoming issues and requests along with the steps taken to resolve them. Familiarity with MongoDB and troubleshooting data-heavy cloud systems is essential.
  • Knowledge Management: Enhance and maintain knowledge of the tools, applications, and reporting systems supported by the company.
  • Feature Validation: Assist in testing new functionalities in our cloud-based systems across all layers: Web UI testing, API endpoint testing, and continuous integration processes.
Candidate Profile
  • Experienced yet eager for growth. You possess 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, technical support, or customer success, ideally within the B2B technology (SaaS) sector or related fields with average sales values typically in the low six figures.
  • Educator. You can swiftly grasp new technologies and convey software features and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective Communicator. You demonstrate strong written communication skills, ensuring you gather necessary information and relay it accurately and pleasantly.
  • Analytical Thinker. You have the capability to comprehend complex customer needs and identify how they can be met with our software solutions.
  • Value-Oriented. You prioritize your efforts on the most significant issues and opportunities, clearly assessing the importance of tasks and decisions.
