Customer Support Manager

Greenstone Financial Services Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our team of Customer Support Advisors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Support Advisors to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a people management role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of insurance industry best practices and regulatory requirements
