About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and will be expected to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
