Airport Operations Supervisor

Unifi Aviation Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Airport Tow Team in YYC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the airfield and in the hangars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of tow operators to ensure safe and timely aircraft movement.
- Collaborate with Dispatch Coordinators, Supervisors, and Duty Managers to prioritize aircraft movements and ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Current YYC D/A AVOP certification.
- Ability to obtain a YYC DDT Permit and Radio Operator Certificate.
- Must be able to pass brakeride training and hold a fully cleared Restricted Area Pass.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
