**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and problem-solving;
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
- Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople and contractors;
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations;
- Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community;
- Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service;
- Strong communication and time management skills;
- Previous experience in the property management industry;
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
