**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and problem-solving;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople and contractors;
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations;
  • Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community;

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service;
  • Strong communication and time management skills;
  • Previous experience in the property management industry;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
