Job Summary

Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Travel Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the coordination, assignment, and review of work related to travel operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
