Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

Punjab Travel Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of travel services.
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support travel operations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 hours per week.
