Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, as well as hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign work to ensure efficient operation of travel services
  • Hire and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support travel operations
  • Support newcomers and refugees by recruiting and integrating them into our team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
