About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at RBC. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for attracting, nurturing, and growing relationships with our high-value personal and small business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
- Provide expert advice and education on credit and investment products
- Collaborate with RBC partners to deliver customized solutions to clients
- Leverage technology to enhance client experience and drive sales
- Proactively resolve and prevent client banking issues
- Develop and implement relationship-building strategies to acquire new clients
Requirements:
- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation
- Completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Digital literacy across various devices
