Food Service Team Leader

As a Food Service Supervisor at Sabitri's Global Cuisine, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team delivers exceptional service and high-quality meals to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Assess the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Hiring: Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Order Summaries: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Staff Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Smart Serve, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment that demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
