About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Savings Expert to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice on defined contribution retirement savings plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients on defined contribution group retirement savings programs, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead client relationships, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective presentations for existing or prospective clients, individually or in concert with team members.
  • Utilize strong technical investment knowledge and experience to provide high-quality advice and support.
  • Manage routine client projects, including provider review exercises, investment strategy reviews, and program development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement savings plan consulting or a related field.
  • Experience advising clients on defined contribution investment strategy, DC products and investment platforms, fund manager recommendations, ongoing investment monitoring, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • French/English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and/or internationally.
  • Organization skills, rigor, and thoroughness.
  • Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a similar area of focus is an asset.
