About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our household team as a Housekeeping Aide. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Laundry and Linens: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens.
  • Household Support: Assist with household tasks as needed, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

Our household is a non-smoking environment, and we offer optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis. Please note that this is not a condition of employment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in our household.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
