About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at 2588729 Ontario Inc. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Special Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing for extended periods, walking.
