Position Overview
Are you interested in contributing to Quality Assurance at Procter & Gamble? We are seeking a QA Import Compliance Technician based in Brantford, Ontario, to ensure adherence to Health Canada regulations for all imported regulated products, which include but are not limited to: Drugs, Natural Health Products, Medical Devices, and Food.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations for all imported P&G products.
  2. Adhere to all site safety protocols and uphold the company's Purpose, Values, and Principles.
  3. Exhibit expertise in Canadian Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and daily operational processes.
  4. Deliver excellence in execution.
  5. Foster a positive team culture.
  6. Utilize logical reasoning and assertiveness in decision-making based on risk assessments.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Review and authorize the release of regulated products imported and distributed by the P&G Brantford Mixing Centre.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product releases for new initiatives.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Develop and assess Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

  1. Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in a science-related field.
  2. Familiarity with Canadian drug and natural health product regulations.
  3. Proven ability to manage a quality system, including monitoring, gap analysis, and driving improvements.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Proficient in various computer applications, including SAP and Veeva (preferred).
  8. Digital proficiency with tools such as PowerBI and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  9. Must comply with all safety regulations.
