Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

LA MARQUEZA MEXICAN FOODS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food preparation, and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
