Lead a Team of Property Claims Experts
As a key member of our team at Definity Financial, you will lead a team of Property Claims Representatives and provide technical direction to ensure efficient handling of claims. You will provide guidance, on-the-job training, technical instructions, and direct leadership to assigned staff relative to performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction to ensure efficient handling of claims
- Guide and train team members on claims handling procedures
- Develop and implement effective team strategies to improve claims outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in claims handling or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of property claims processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex claims data and make informed decisions
