Senior SAP PMO Manager

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PMO Manager to lead our project management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead a team of project managers, QA, and testers to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risks to ensure maximum value is delivered to stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and financials.
  • Apply project management methodologies, such as PMBOK and Agile, to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, actuals, and accruals.
  • Develop and report on project key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive cultural change and facilitate the gathering of necessary data in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and business/industry, including leading large-scale transformations.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with a strong understanding of project management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational and project requirements and ascertain necessary resource requirements.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with IT resourcing alternatives, such as contracting, outsourcing, and offshoring.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and ERP Systems, such as Oracle, Workday, and SAP.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
