As a Senior SAP BTP/UX/Mobility Solutions Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP's User Experience (UX) solutions for customers, driving business value and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders on implementation projects, mapping business processes to UX solutions, configuring and testing standard UX scenarios, and identifying UX enhancements.
  • Provide SAP Business AI/UX support for customers, delivering exceptional service and expertise.
  • Offer technical product guidance and instruction on SAP products to customers, empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while growing and developing referenceable customers.
  • Build strong relationships with peers and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Continuously increase learning and knowledge of SAP products, staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Possess the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Display strong time management and prioritization skills, achieving effective results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities, utilizing available time efficiently.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work as a team player, with the capacity to work independently when needed.
  • Analytical and results-driven approach, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening.
  • High self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Open to travel up to 70%.

Technical Skills

  • Over 2 years of experience in developing Mobile, Fiori, and web applications using development tools such as CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SAP UI5.
  • Good understanding of SAP's Business solutions, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA, and other SAP solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Design Thinking process.
  • Experience integrating SAP Business API with SAP UX solutions, or experience with Generative AI-based code development with Joule Copilot, or knowledge in developing Applications and Extensions using SAP Build Code, or prior development in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or prior CAP or RAP development experience, or prior ABAP development experience, or experience using any prototyping tool.

Work Experience

  • 3-4 years of SAP Implementation and project work experience.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience involving client/customer interaction.
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum/XP, or a strong interest in adopting these methodologies.
