Purpose and Objective

The Senior Data Management Consultant is responsible for designing and leading data migration initiatives, data cleansing, and data profiling. They will work with customers to understand their Enterprise Data needs and translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.

Job Expectations and Tasks

As a Senior Data Management Consultant, your main tasks will be:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners to understand their specific Enterprise Data needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful delivery of customer-specific solution implementations for SAP Master Data Governance.
  • Articulate the roadmap of SAP products and solutions around Data strategy.
  • Engage in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  • Support pre-sales activities, define detailed blueprints for development requirements, and conduct project assessments.
  • Assist customers in designing Data management strategies for their SAP on-premise and Cloud environments.
  • Adapt standard service products to customers' individual needs.
  • Apply ABAP programming skills and SAP Functional knowledge in real customer implementation or engineering projects.
  • Apply Design Thinking or other innovative methodologies in solving customer problems or designing solutions.
  • Deliver Engineering services to ensure customer value realization.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Maths, or Engineering.
  • At least 8+ years of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) hands-on experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Implementation experience of SAP MDG/MDM in key domains such as Finance, Customer, Supplier, Material, Business Partners.
