Role Overview
We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist who will provide outstanding retail assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. If you are organized, adaptable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction, we would like to hear from you.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday (12:00 - 8:30 PM EST)
Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your duties will include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries in both English and French
- Delivering virtual customer support through various channels
- Resolving post-sale concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse partners
- Engaging with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A detail-oriented and customer-centric approach
- Flexibility in availability for various shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
