Role Overview

We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist who will provide outstanding retail assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. If you are organized, adaptable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction, we would like to hear from you.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday (12:00 - 8:30 PM EST)

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries in both English and French
  • Delivering virtual customer support through various channels
  • Resolving post-sale concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with logistics and warehouse partners
  • Engaging with suppliers and vendors

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A detail-oriented and customer-centric approach
  • Flexibility in availability for various shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
