About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Food Handling and Safety: Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner, following proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the food service area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies and ingredients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
