Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Fatburger. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, including burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
    • Package and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled, stored, and served in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.

    • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
