We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate events and activities to ensure smooth execution and high-quality experience for attendees.
- Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
