About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at TOWN AND COUNTRY MOTEL. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our hotel facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Dependability, Efficient Interpersonal Skills, and Reliability are essential for this role.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 Hours per Week
