We are seeking a licensed nurse practitioner to join our telemedicine service at MyCare MedTech Inc. Our team provides episodic care for minor illness conditions, and we are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations through our online telemedicine platform
- Recognize the benefits and limits of virtual care
- Use online communication as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool
- Assess patient needs, prescribe or renew medication, and order lab tests
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses/College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner and member in good standing
- Excellent health assessment/clinical skills
- Willingness to work remotely and have an internet connection
- Comfortable with a telemedicine environment
- Multi-jurisdictional licensing (preferred)
