The Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance by delivering strategic support and expert advice on human capital initiatives that align with corporate goals. This position encompasses a variety of human resources functions while collaborating across multiple departments within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders Uphold organizational values in personal conduct and ensure alignment of HR services with these principles Oversee the onboarding process for new employees Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to team members and management Draft employment agreements for new hires, promotions, and transfers Support HR processes through effective use of HRIS systems Address employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations as needed Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal obligations related to team management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance Act as a catalyst for performance enhancement for individuals and teams, offering daily performance management support to leadership (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Collaborate with management and team members to foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention Identify training requirements for individuals, teams, and business units, including executive coaching needs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with comprehensive employee lifecycle exposure; or a suitable combination of education and experience The ideal candidate is self-sufficient with corporate support and excels in a dynamic, sometimes uncertain environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy In-depth understanding of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and best practices Must exhibit strong ethical standards, negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage stress while engaging in continuous professional development Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Human Resources Certification (PHR) is preferred A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is advantageous Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. This position requires a standard work schedule, Monday through Friday, during core business hours, with an onsite presence.
