At Marksmen Construction, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs. This includes advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements. The HR Coordinator will also establish and implement policies and procedures, administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will manage training and development strategies, respond to employee questions and complaints, and recruit and hire staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs
* Advise managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures
* Establish and implement policies and procedures
* Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
* Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
* Manage training and development strategies
* Respond to employee questions and complaints
* Recruit and hire staff

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP diploma
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources
* Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Hours:**

* 30 hours per week

**Work Term:**

* Permanent
