Your expertise in instructional design principles and e-learning development will be instrumental in creating innovative learning solutions that support physician leadership growth and development.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Physician Learning, Development, and Support, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and develop customized curriculum. You will leverage your strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create a variety of learning materials, including online courses, workshops, and simulations.
Your Expertise Will Include:
- Designing and developing engaging e-learning content using various authoring tools.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Implementing adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Utilizing a variety of multimedia formats to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
