Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the profitability of our services. This individual is tasked with ensuring top-notch customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and managing expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversees labor expenditures by managing daily staffing requirements while maximizing efficiency across the team.
  2. Maintains control over production expenses, supply costs, and inventory by following established operational standards.
  3. Regularly evaluates service quality and operational standards.
  4. Follows all established tracking protocols and operational standards on a daily basis.
  5. Creates and executes strategies aimed at achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
  6. Facilitates teamwork and service excellence consistently.
  7. Addresses daily employee matters professionally while complying with all company policies and procedures.
  8. Supports and implements training initiatives that enhance skills to better serve customers, foster repeat business, increase revenue, and boost employee morale.
  9. Assists in conducting annual employee evaluations and oversees performance-related issues as needed.
  10. Ensures compliance with time and attendance policies.
  11. Adjusts staffing levels in accordance with established guidelines and modifies daily based on operational needs.
  12. Ensures all employees receive training in accordance with company safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  2. Current certifications as necessary.
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
