Food Service Manager

Caro Leveillee Pierce Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fast-paced environment with high customer demand.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with 5-10 staff members.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- English or French language proficiency.
- 30-40 hours per week.
