Food Service Manager

At Fresh Burrito, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Manage Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet or concession.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
- Duration: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
