Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Auto Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • 5-10 people in the team
  • Permanent work term
  • English language required
  • 40 hours per week
