About the Role:
The Communications and Marketing Advisor will be responsible for creating high-quality content and developing effective communication materials to promote our projects in Peru. This will include creating training materials, providing social media training to staff and partners, and producing stories to share with potential donors and the media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our projects in Peru.
- Create high-quality content, including written and visual materials, to engage our audience and promote our work.
- Provide social media training to staff and partners to enhance their online presence and engagement.
- Produce stories and case studies to share with potential donors and the media.
- Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to develop and implement effective communication plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in communications or marketing, preferably in Latin America.
- Strong command of the Spanish language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
