About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Relations Agent to join our team at Biron. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from potential or existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate interactions with clients by offering simple yet comprehensive solutions.
  • Enhance client experience by providing value-added services.
  • Generate appointments with clients over the phone.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Alternate between phone calls and administrative tasks as needed.

Work Environment

  • Full-time permanent position: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • 100% remote work, except for the welcome day at our Brossard office.

Required Profile

  • Secondary school diploma (DES).
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, an asset.
  • Experience in a call center environment, an asset.
  • Excellent bilingualism (oral and written) in French and English.
  • Proficiency in computer software.
  • Customer-focused and able to identify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a team.
  • Self-motivation and autonomy.
  • Time management skills.
