Job Title: Audit Associate Manager

The Audit Associate Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Audit Managers and Director in the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of diverse audit engagements within the organization, particularly focusing on Global Human Resources, Global Marketing, and Global Procurement divisions.

  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of audit projects in alignment with departmental standards.
  • Engage with management to identify potential risks and formulate effective audit strategies.
  • Assess risk management protocols and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver findings and proposed solutions to management across business units.
  • Compile comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with management teams across various business units.
  • Support SOX compliance and risk assessment initiatives.
  • Leverage technology to optimize audit methodologies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CA, or CIA are preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide insightful feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in Procurement, Strategy, Human Resources, and/or SOX audits is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytic tools is a plus.
