Audit Manager Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Associate Manager to join our team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. As an Audit Associate Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit teams to complete assigned audit work, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of results.
- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and other financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and compliance, to identify and address audit findings and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, audit committees, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
