Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at YVONNE JAKOSALEM. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging their growth and independence
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and security at all times
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and support when needed
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, prioritizing the children's health and safety
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), and Vulnerable sector check
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
