Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and resolving issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and resolve issues
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash and conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Own transportation and own vehicle
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Handling heavy loads and attention to detail
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
  • Flexibility, organized, and dependable
  • Excellent written communication and ability to multitask
