Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Health Hub Pharmacy & Clinic LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that they are followed to maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:
