We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Hospital Cleaning Assistant at HM Kitchener Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Supply Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to patients and staff.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Our hospital is a non-smoking environment, and we require our staff to be punctual, reliable, and honest.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train the right candidate.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and walking.
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
