Food Service Supervisor

DS3 McLeod N Sons Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service to meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
- Mentorship: Opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Training: Ongoing training and support to ensure your success in the role.
