Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Don's Dinner is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
