About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts for senior, complex, and specialized Technology and Techno-Functional roles. As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior leaders and executives to advise on hiring decisions and ensure the best talent selection for their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in niche technology roles, including Software Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, such as tech platforms, professional media networks, events, and resume mining, to identify and engage with strong tech candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on niche technology roles and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
