- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Screening Questions: Conduct thorough screening of potential employees, ensuring that they meet our company's standards and requirements.
- Experience: Manage and supervise staff with 1-2 years of experience, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
