We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Farm Credit Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting a strong risk culture and ensuring the integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas of risk and opportunity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.
- Experience promoting risk culture and compliance in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
