About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Q Nails BC Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, maintain sales records for inventory control, and assist in displaying merchandise.
  • Advisory Services: Provide advice about merchandise, estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
