Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who create an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. As part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results, Sales Associates are responsible for driving customer engagement and suggestive selling to increase sales and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Greet and offer assistance to every customer, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency:

  • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
