**About the Role**

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - IT I to join our team on a 3-month contract. This is a fully remote position with potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with sales user clients to support system improvement, requirements refinement, and ongoing change management.
  • Coordinate system releases and implementations with our IT team.
  • Report to management on usage, adoption, and other key metrics.

**Requirements**

  • 3 years of experience in sales enablement technologies and 2-3 years of progressive business experience.
  • Proven skills in Agile Management Framework (AMF), Project Management Framework (PMF), workflow design, and SDLC.
  • Systems knowledge of products, WalkMe, Seismic, Microsoft Azure/Power BI, and Microsoft Office 365 is an asset.
