We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 3-6 month contract basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, Estimating, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events, promoting our employee value proposition and brand.
  • Support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility initiatives.
  • Oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
  • A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
